With over 15 years of experience in guiding bodies Ive learned a little bit about how we move through change, how we resist, what actually softens and opens us up to the experience while we are IN it?

A whole being approach reminds us that nothing is separate from anything else. Physical goals may require a deep mental rewiring. Remove your patterns of playing small and build the blueprint to play BIG.
